Cathay Lee started her business 17 years ago in Suffolk, by selling her unique giftware imported from her home land in North East China. To develop a unique range of products for the UK market, she worked very closely with some of the well known designers across UK & China. The product range was launched in the UK in 1991, at the NEC Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, and was an immediate success. To take advantage of warehousing, communications and improved distribution, Cathay relocated the business to the Manchester area, where the business has continued to grow with an increased product range and exports to European countries.
A new Sales Director was appointed towards the end of 2005 to manage the sales team and enable the company to introduce a wider range of products, and to offer customers a personal and improved service. With over nineteen years gift trade experience in the OAS team you can be sure of the best service possible. We now source individual products for your business and our in-house design team are able to create unique products and own brand packaging to meet your requirements, thus allowing the company to go from strength to strength.
A brand new Garden range was launched in Feb 2009 at Birmingham International trade fair where interest was centred on our unique products.
